Our Trainers

"Hi, I'm Kindra and I'm SO excited to be here to help you become stronger and healthier. I came to BootCamp Diva in March 2009. I was fat and frustrated!  You see, I've had a lifelong interest in health and nutrition. I've also spent countless hours, a lot of time and a LOT of money looking for the exercise program that works and that I would actually DO!  Even though I knew what to do, I had no motivation to do it. I signed up for BootCamp, went 3 times a week faithfully for 6 weeks and dropped 17 1/2 inches!  I was hooked!  I loved that it was a women's only class, had all ages and all sizes. It was amazing to me that going for just 45 minutes three times a week totally reshaped my body, without hours of tedious cardio! Having the online forum and nutritional support really helped keep me on track and accountable.  I also knew that if I didn't show up, Carmel would be calling me to find out why I didn't make it. I looked forward to seeing my fellow bootcampers and sharing in their successes as well!

The summer of 2010 I took the steps I needed to get certified.  Becoming a Certified Fitness Trainer has given me the tools I need to help you become sexy, strong and confident.

Being a personal trainer is not just a job, it's a lifestyle. Being fortunate enough to be on such an incredible team has not only led me to such heart-warming women, but changed my life. Through training i thoroughly enjoy watching my ladies transform and reach a path of health and happiness. teaching a variety of women and witnessing first hand these changes has helped me gain more perspective on life, friendship, myself, and most importantly, a healthy life.

My name is Chantel and I'm thrilled to be a trainer for Boot-Camp Diva! I've always been health conscience and worked out almost on a daily basis, but I had reached a plateau and was finding it impossible to lose that last little bit of weight I'd been wanting to shed. I always liked switching up my workout routine to try something different, but I was losing interest in going to the gym and was finding it hard to get that excitement and drive I longed for to keep me pumped up. One day I was talking to my neighbor and she told me about Boot-Camp Diva. I thought it sounded fun so I gave it a try and absolutely loved it from the start! I lost 8 inches in 5 weeks! I couldn't believe it! Being able to work out with other women from all backgrounds in an open-air environment is so refreshing to me. I love the anticipation of not knowing what the workout is going to be and I'm always amazed at the burn I feel after each workout even though I'm already in shape. I get so enthusiastic for each meeting and hearing other woman share their stories of why they're there is so encouraging to me. That's why I decided to become a trainer. I want to share the excitement and knowledge of all I've learned and experienced with other women. So I look forward to meeting and working out with all of you who long to change your lives in an amazing way!

Hi my name is Nicole and I’m addicted to Boot Camp Divas! I started boot camp in March of 2010 after 2 months of going back and forth to the website really wanting to go. I finally couldn’t stand it anymore! I drug a friend with me and I haven’t stopped since. I have never been an active person, I have struggled with my weight ever since I was 10 years old and after having my 2 boys I was ready to have my body back and I wanted to get healthy and strong. I come from a family of skinny people who never understood what I was going through. I have spent so much time and money on horrible programs that I could never stick with and I would end up feeling worse and worse about myself as I felt like I was a failure. I had no idea what nutrition was and my head was filled with so much crap I was lost. Now, I can honestly say I feel the best I ever have in my entire life physically and mentally. AND I am smaller than I was when I got married too! I am a better Mother and Wife as a result. I am so excited to be a trainer and my goal is help you reach your fitness/body goals. There is so much support and accountability it’s amazing. Come join me in Poulsbo, I’d love to see you!

Hi, I’m Dana Post, and I’m so happy to be a Certified Personal Trainer with Boot Camp Diva!  (BCD)    This program has changed my life and I hope to empower other women to do the same!  I came to Boot Camp Diva originally in November, 2009.    The previous May I had gone to Disneyland with my two young boys and had an “A-Ha!” moment with fat pictures of me on the rides with them!   I came home and undertook a local weight loss challenge, plus I busted out my old Weight Watchers books and was trying to count points on my own again, in addition to buying supplements and protein powders, determined to do it on my own (sound familiar??)  The only problem was… every time I had any success, even a half a pound, I would “treat” myself to a big meal out !  I also blamed busy-ness for why I couldn’t go to Boot Camp, so I quit.  Because of my poor eating habits I convinced myself it wasn’t working for me.   Needless to say, very minimal results were achieved.

 So when May 2010 rolled around, I went back to Boot Camp Diva.  What I liked best about it was it was a no-brainer workout – Show up, get all muscles groups worked, and go home/shower/go about the rest of my day.  I consciously decided to make it a mandatory appointment, 3 times per week. I dressed for it first thing each morning and went straight there after dropping my kids at school.   It became my routine: Skipping classes was NOT allowed – And now I’ve achieved amazing results!   I’ve lost track of total pounds and inches to be honest – but at last count, I dropped 13% body fat in one year, over 19 inches, 33+ pounds,  and I know for a fact that from Summer  2010 to  Summer 2011, I’ve gone from a size 12 clothes to size 6.   There are no more L or XL clothes in my closet and it feels Wonderful!   I LOVE the women I’ve met and I absolutely can’t quit now!

The nutritional support (especially the introduction to Paleo eating) as well as the emotional support on our Facebook forum motivates me to  come to classes more and more and more!   At age 42, this girl used to HATE exercise and now… I literally can’t live without it!  I’m more fit and feeling physically better than ever!  I hope I can help you achieve the same kind of results and happiness in your own life!

Hi! My name is Anna and I really love being a trainer for Boot Camp Diva! I have been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember.  I have been a classically trained ballet dancer all my life as well as modern, contemporary, tap, hip hop and Jazz.  I have performed all around the world and choreographed for many different organizations around the area.  I am currently teaching ballet, jazz and childrens classes for Bremerton Dance Center.  I look forward to helping you with your health and fitness goals!

My name is Kealoha and I have a passion for health, fitness and seeing women find strength they never knew they had.  I'm tough as a trainer and with nutrition, but it comes from the heart.  I want to help women be free from yo-yo dieting and their addiction to the scale.  I have struggled with my weight off and on throughout my life, until I found Boot-Camp Divas.  There is nothing like it out there!
