Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks and straps are often used for safe practive, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.

Iklil (pronounced just like it’s spelled, ik-lil) has been consistently participating in various yoga classes and workshops for over 3 years. She is currently completing her 200 hour certified Hatha yoga teacher training program through Yoga Alliance and Conscious Community Yoga and will soon be a 200 hour RYT (registered yoga teacher). Having dealt with major knee injuries and surgeries throughout her life, she has discovered the benefits of yoga to heal, strengthen and sustain a healthy body and mind. She finds yoga is the perfect compliment to her lifestyle as a busy mother of two, a photographer and a lover of the outdoors.
